Good Vision India Foundation is committed to processing donations with the highest level of accuracy, following the instructions provided by our donors, both online and offline. In the unlikely event of an erroneous donation or if a donor wishes to cancel their donation, the Good Vision India Foundation will address the request within 48 hours of donation, no questions asked. The speed of the refund will depend on the type of credit card or banking instrument used during the transaction. Donors can send a written refund request within 24 hours of the donation to via email at piush.khetan@goodvision.org or goodvisionindiafoundation@gmail.com including the payment receipt and necessary personal details to initiate the refund process.

If an individual suspects unauthorized use of their debit/credit card or bank account for a donation, they must notify the organization within 3 days.
